With the advance of electric power enterprises’reform, the requirement for employees’quality is significantly increasing, the staffs’quality evaluation has become a hot social concern. In the national economy and social development Electric power enterprises plays a prop function, and Building a high-quality staff team is the key of electric power enterprises’survival and development. In this situation, the evaluation of electric power enterprises employees’comprehensive quality has become an immeasurable power in development of electric power enterprises. We should pay attention to the management and training of these staffs, deepen the electric power enterprises reform idea totally, and carry out of the electric power enterprises employees’comprehensive quality evaluation study, and build a reasonable and feasible evaluation system, in order to guarantee that the enterprises employees’management work go smoothly, and enterprises are able to provide a free, fully and complete development space for all staffs, and make sure the enterprises can provide spirit and material encouragement and recognition timely. It has very important practical significance for stimulating their interest in working and guiding their future direction in development.This paper expounds the characteristics of the electric power enterprises and their employees’comprehensive quality training, and discusses the current situation and problems of electric power enterprises employees’comprehensive quality evaluation in China. Through analyzing and researching how special the position is of staffs’quality in development of electric power enterprises, and the difference between these kind of enterprises employees’comprehensive quality evaluation and ordinary enterprises, this paper had built a scientific electric power enteiprises employees’comprehensive quality evaluation index system. Then connected it with the specific conditions of electric power enterprises employees’comprehensive quality evaluation work, making full use of the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy system, builds a comprehensive evaluation fuzzy system. This paper applied a practical application to test the comprehensive quality evaluation model, the result shows that the comprehensive evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation can be objectively and comprehensively used to do electric power enterprises employees’comprehensive quality evaluation, and provides a reference for staffs’performance management.
