A Research On The Risk Of Educational Investment By Private Capital

Educational Investment by private capital has been common occurrence abroad, while it's a new issue inland. Under the circumstances of impetuous worldwide competition, educational domain is developing swiftly and violently overseas, while domestic educational investment is still in the preliminary stage. Ascendant developing chance should be pointed out, abundance private capital leave unused; on the other hand, educational investment is absent. These two points will bring a new economic growth in the foreseeable future.This article studies on the risk of educational investment by private capital , using instance analysis, normal analysis, quantitative analysis and qualitatively analysis.First, this article analysis the environment of educational investment by private capital, using matured investment pattern and method on avoiding risk as reference; then, established a set of guideline for evaluation system according to main risk factor; then, take a private school in someplace for example, evaluate the investment risk in the method of illegibility synthesis evaluate, the result is low risk. Finally, according to the risk in the evaluation system, bring forward detail measure avoiding investment risk. Based on analysis of typical example, and combined with the development situation of economy and education in China, at the end of the paper, the corresponding suggestion is proposed.
