Study On Project Risk Management For The Research And Development Item Based On New Commercial Vehicel

The risk is everywhere. Is due to various risks and uncertainties of the car manufacturing business of operating activities there are many kinds of risks, enterprises must also have to take necessary measures to risk management, to prevent or reduce the risks for businesses have to ensure that the objectives of business. China's auto enterprises have not formed a system of effective patterns of risk management. The development project management is still in its infancy, therefore, to explore and study the development project risks, risks assessment to identify countermeasures and control of the way, a car for our country to independently develop project risk management, to improve our overall level of the car industry is more important significance.The article by the research of the project risk management theory, list items risk factors in identifying and analyzing, using the risk assessment method to perform risk assessment, using the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the importance of the risk factors, then to quantize and analyze the risk factors on the whole project. Finally, taking a risk analysis and trying to control risk factors, taking the risk prevention to the following projects, and putting forward the establishment of a set of risk management system and to improve project management mode of the company.
