Research On Strategies For China's Logistics Modernization Construction

With the rapid development of national economy, the traditional logistics could not meet the needs of domestic social and economic development any more, so it is imperative for China to speed its logistics modernization construction, thus providing peak performance for its national economic development. Currently, though much research has been done on the logistics from home and abroad, and theories concerning logistics have also been formed, research on strategies of building modernized logistics is hard to see, let alone the pragmatic development strategies.In this dissertation, the development history of logistics in some developed countries such as the United States, Japan and European Communities was introduced. The important role of logistics infrastructure, logistics technology and logistics management were illustrated, which are considered as three supports of the construction of modern logistics. Then the current situation, the advanced experiences and methods of logistics concerning infrastructure, technology and management in these developed countries and areas were introduced.The achieved successes that China has gained in the logistics infrastructure, technology, and management aspects under the current situation has been pointed out in the dissertation, as well as the existing problems. Viewing from China's actual conditions, pragmatic countermeasures for Chinese modernized logistics construction has been put forward in the dissertation.There are many methods for the evaluation of multi-purpose target. The dissertation introduced the common comprehensive evaluation methods, and pointed out the strong and weak points of these methods. On the basis of this, the concrete procedure of DHGF methods has been introduced in the dissertation, with a comprehensive evaluation system being built on the level of China's logistics modernization.
