Mutual Governing Pattern In The Reforming Of State-owned Enterprise

With the development of the theory and practice of the modern company, the theory of corporate governing is gradually converting from unilateral governing overemphasizes the possessing ownership and residual right of the company by stockholders alone to mutual governing. As a representative governing pattern, mutual governing pattern expresses the thought of the mutuality theory and was attached more and more importance. As a state-owned construction enterprise, HX has chosen the mutual governing pattern with a stockholder representative-cored system during its reforming and has successfully completed its disposition of assets and allocation of its employees. This paper introduces the process of the reforming of HX, and analyzes the background of its shaping of the governing pattern and puts forward the existing problems and the orientation of the governing.
