Chengdu L Company is a private enterprise, which major in real estate, and also enter the field of building materials and machinery. In order to change the singularity of company's industrial structure, find new profit point of growth. Chengdu L Company decides to import advanced technology and equipment and manufacture PKS Conduit.The author firstly introduces the production and market status of plastic conduit; explain the vast market outlook of PKS. Then the author analyze the the marketing environment of PKS, using the methods of SWOT to analyze Chengdu L company's marketing environment. Using Porter's 5F theorie to analyze the industry's competitive situation. And analyze the purchasing behavior based on market investigation. Then the author designs the market strategy plan for Chengdu L Company, including the relationship marketing tactics and 4P tactics.Combining the new marketing theory and the characteristics of PKS industry, the innovation of this article is the author gives us the view of customer centered, to build long term relationship.And target in build relationship with customer.
