Positive Research Of Cigarette Quality Improvement Of Tech-Innovation By The Chengdu Cigarette Factory

Technological innovation is a Management process in which enterprises apply innovated knowledge, new technologies and new process, or adopt new productive mechanisms as well as new business models, so as to enhance product quality, develop new products, and deliver new services for greater market shares and realization of the market values. In its recently published The Suggestions for Preparation of the National Economic Development and the Eleventh Five Year Plan, the CPC clearly advocates that as far as advancement of science and technologies is concerned, we should stick to the self-relied innovation, jump over the milestones, underpin the economic development and lead the future, for continuously strengthening corporate innovating capabilities and stepping up the establishment of the national innovating system" . It is for this reason I chose one of the technological innovation projects by my enterprise as subject of my MBA dissertation research, in order to answer such questions as why our enterprises have to carry out innovating projects, how to select an innovating orientation and focuse, how to design an innovating project, how to execute an innovating project and finally how to appraise the achievements of an innovating project. Those are questions and problems that face our enterprises at large.Through this research analysis we could find out that a. self-relied innovation is the only choice for the Chinese enterprises under the present international competition; b. You'd better have a government supported organization to formulate for an industry the badly needed development strategy and innovationstrategy, as well as innovating orientation and focuse; c. self-relied innovation must have enterprises as its carriers, which should be sensitive to outside pressures and changes, and dynamic to take heat when they probe for innovative ideas and projects; d. modern management technologies, especially that of project management, is a prerequisite for successful design of innovating projects; e. careful execution of any innovating projects is also a must for any apparent achievements of an innovating project; and finally for any successful execution and fruit of a project you must have a capable management team that are armed with modern technologies of business management.
