Along with the globalization market formation, supply chain faces increasing competition. Compared with the traditional supply chain, agile supply chain can faster seize the new market opportunity,so it is a very advanced management mode. However, owe to the uncertainty of the market environment and the complexity of agile supply chain system itself, risk has become an inevitable question in the dayly management of agile supply chain. Therefore, making research on agile supply chain risk assessment has the extremely vital significance.The paper firstly survey current research situation and existing problems at home and abroad, on the basis of which introduced concepts and features of the agile supply chain and illustrated the process and method of the agile supply chain risk assessment; Secondly, the paper analysis agile supply chain risk from the three part of external environment risk, local risk and members cooperation risk, based on which, established the risk level evaluation index system of agile supply chain; Thirdly, the simulated annealing is introduced to support vector machine (SVM) model to optimize parameters of SVM,so as to get the SA-SVM evaluation model; Finaly, using the evaluation model to assess the agile supply risk of the projected enterprise in the Mstlab2009, and making an sensitivety analysis for agile supply chain risk factors in order to identify key risk factors, on based of which, give the countermeasures and measures of improving agile supply chain management for decision makers to make more reasonable decision.
