| This article introduces the important role construction machinery industry (CMI)play in our country economical construction, and the development trend all over theworld. And it also pay more attention to introduce the characters of CMI of ourcountry, market and product, introduce the current situation of CMI from differentaspect in detail, there are sweet and bit. It also analyzes the current situationscientifically. Given some advise to the development of CMI in our country, combinewith analyze, it provide some suggestion of diversity stratagy base on cost-leadingprinciple for construction machinery enterprises in our country. This article has someinnovations in the following aspects:1. Use SPSS, it analyze sale revenue, profit of our CMI product. And it forecast thesale revenue, profit of our country's CMI product in 2004 in respect.2. Machinery group research development which face construction system,coordinate design which face the product lifecycle, research which faceconstruction technics. All of these are regard as the development trend of newproduct research and development, which is more approach to the currentdevelopment and demand of reality.3. Use SWOT, analyze our country's enterprises, it comes to a conclusion that ourcompanies still need to improve the stability of our product, and technology is thecore issue.4. For a long way, in the strategic choice of competition, our companies have onlytwo ways, one is obtain key technology, adopt high-end diversity strategy, theother is lessening the technology gap between our enterprises and multinationalenterprises. Realize overall cost-leading strategy under scale economy. But, for along way, choose the way from diversity strategy to overall cost-leading strategyis more sensible.This article analyzes the CMI of our country from every aspect. Enterprises bothhome and aboard, salesman and government department which relate to CMI can useit as reference and even can use it guild their commercial activity. |
