This paper presents the problem of how to achieve strategic development forgoods flow and trades company under the situation that the specialized re-structuringhas completed within Kailuan (Group) and the strategies for carrying out goods flowtrades are defined. The strategic targets and the orientation for expanding goods flowscales are determined and circumstances inside and outside are analyzed andevaluated with the methods including the external factor evaluation (EFE) matrix, theinternal factor evaluation (IFE) matrix ,and the SWOT analysis system. In order toensure the realization of the strategic targets, seven key points are analyzed, such asdeepening the structural reform, moving forward the specialized restructuring,establishing the trading system, which can help carry out goods flow, moving forwardthe establishment of carrier for doing goods flow, expanding the scales of goods flowand trades, enforcing the human resource management, pushing the construction ofthe information system and getting merged into the regional economic development.Analysis and forecasts are also made on achievements of businesses in six fieldsbased on the data and indexes for the past 4 years, so as to reach the strategic targetsas planned in the development strategies of the Economics & Trade Co. |
