The Feasibility Study On Public Constraction Project

Putblic works is the fundamental project of the country. It has closerelationships to the country's economy and has great benefit to whole society.Because of the particularities of public works, feasibility study of project is mostimportant in the process of investment evaluation. This paper analyzes the problemsand the causes of this area in our country, and then talks about the projectmanagement, the entrance of private capital and the model of socialized managementaccording to public works. It also introduces some methods using by foreign countriesand the trend of development of this area. Moreover, this paper expatiates the steps offeasibility study of public works and stresses the specialities in the backgroundanalysis, project programming and benefit evaluation of the process. We also give thedemonstration report of feasibility study according to the new campus of ChengdeCollege of Medicine in the last.
