Study Of Patent Development In Tianjin

21^st century is an era of knowledge-based economic and science and technologyhave been developed up as the first productivity. Intellectual property has developedinto a major " traffic rule" and "game counter" in cooperation and competition ofscience and economy. For challenge from knowledge-based economy, the research onprotection of patent has been given more attention in China and abroad. In this article,by systematical and integrated study of patent in Tianjin, the environment for patentprotection and existing problems as well situation in Tianjin had been probed;on basisof study, patent development strategy in Tianjin had been defined providing referencefor promotion of science and technology as well as improvement of economic corecompetition.On ground of attentive analysis and study of patent status in Tianjin andenvironment and constraint condition for development of patent application, by meansof forecasting analysis of gray system method, this article has forecast thedevelopment trend of patent in Tianjin in next five years and, with this forecasting asan argument, main development plan and measure for patent had been put forward.
