Comparative Study Of Chinese And Korean Ginsing Processing Technology Based On Patent Analysis

As people pay more and more attention to health,it will bring new development opportunities to ginseng processing industry.In terms of ginseng processing,China and Korea have been the main competitors,and the main competitive market of ginseng industry in the future will be in China.Therefore,more and more Korean ginseng processing enterprises are stepping up to seize the pace of the Chinese market.If Chinese enterprises want to gain advantages in competition with Korean enterprises,effective competition strategies must be worked out.Based on the new perspective of patent information analysis,this paper analyzes and compares the patent data of Chinese and Korean people participating in industrial industry,explains the important turning point through the analysis of patent annual application trend,and predicts the future trend of Chinese and Korean people in the industry,and compares the proportion of the main classification numbers of China and South Korea.Through the analysis of the patent index combination of the Chinese and Korean main applicants,the competitiveness of these enterprises was compared and analyzed with other literature.This paper also uses the social network analysis method to analyze the patent citation data of the Chinese and South Korean people participating in the industrial industry,and draws the network map of the patent citation relationship between China and South Korea by using the visual tool UCINET,and finds out the core patents of China and South Korea respectively.On this basis,the main people of China and South Korea are separated from the two countries.The evolution road map of processing technology was compared and the gaps and their development characteristics were found out.Finally,through a series of patent data analysis,we can get the development status and characteristics of the Chinese and Korean people to participate in the industrial industry,predict the next step of the patent layout strategy of Korean enterprises in the Chinese market,and provide practical suggestions for the patent layout of Chinese ginseng processing enterprises.
