The Comparative Study Of Enterprise's Core Competence For Listed Companies In QingDao

Now we all are in the time of economic globalization, traffic modernization andinformation networking, the competition is the way that enterprises survive and growup under the environment of market economy. So how found competition advantage,appraise and promote the competitiveness of enterprises, it is primary problem thatenterprises care about.Regarding management, economics and statistics theory as tools, this text isdivided into six parts to study appraisal and promoting of enterprise's competitiveness.First part, we carried on the theory to investigate to the intension and composition ofenterprise's key competitiveness. We introduce different understanding aboutcompetitiveness at home and abroad and propose the author's definition. Second parts,we introduce the source of enterprise's key competitiveness systematically. Through it,we wish to find the feasible scheme to promote the enterprise's key competitiveness.These two parts have established the foundation of the thesis. We analyze the currentsituation of enterprise's key competitiveness of our country and the reason lead to thesituation at the third part, for this reason;at the beginning in this part we review theprocess of enterprise's reform of our country. The fourth part is the system that how toappraises the enterprise's key competitiveness. Here, we introduce advanced methodwhich be used widely now in the world: DEA ,factor analysis and main compositionanalysis. At the fifth part, we use DEA to analyze the key competitiveness of thelisted companies in Qingdao;and Compare the conclusions of two kinds of methodsat the same time. We introduce the methods of promoting enterprise's keycompetitiveness at the sixth part. We hope to offer some suggestions to enterprises tostrengthen the competitiveness. The last three parts is the key part of this text.
