This thesis analyzes the inside conditions of the Liaocheng NetworkCommunication Co. as well as its outside environments as follows: the macroenvironment, the trade environment,etc, on the basis of summarizing up analyticalmethods of enterprises' competition , competitive strategies and the theory of keycompetitive power, and it also study the corporation's relative competitive edge bycomparing it with that of its main opponents.At last, using the SWOT analyticalmethod ,we get the basic strategy of Liaocheng Network CommunicationCorporation.—Increasing strategy.After analyzing the competitive environment of the corporation, the author drawsup a strategic aim , and expound the whole framework of Liaocheng NetworkCommunication Co .in 3-5years. Based on corporation's development strategy andfeature of communication trade ,the author works out three optional strategies: lowcost, discrepancy and focus on one point. Moreover, this thesis evaluates how theseschemes effectively strengthen the stable competition superiority of the LiaochengNetwork Communication Co. by using the AHP method .By working out theevaluation of three strategies, select the three strategies reasonably, and obtain themainly strategy which name is 'focus on one point competitive strategy assited bydifference product . strategy'.At the end of this thesis, some plans and measures are put forward to the focuson one point strategy for improving the stable competition superiority of an enterpriseinto effect based on regional economy development scheme.
