Study Of Development Strategy For Liaocheng CNC

This thesis analyzes the inside conditions of the Liaocheng Network Communication Co. as well as its outside environments as follows: the macro environment, the industry environment, etc, on the basis of summarizing up analytical methods of enterprises' competition, competitive strategies and the theory of core competences, and also studies the corporation's relative competitive advantages and disadvantages by comparing them with that of its main competitor. At last, using the SWOT analytical method, we get the basic strategy of Liaocheng Network Communication Corporation ~ Growing strategy.By analyzing the competitive environment of the corporation, the thesis draws up a strategic aim, and puts forward the whole framework of the corporation within 3-5years. According to the corporation's basic strategy and feature of telecommunication industry, the thesis works out three alternative strategies. They are the cost leadership (increasing the scale of fixed telephone .and PHS), differentiation (network intelligence) and focus (broadband-informatization). Moreover, the thesis evaluates how these alternatives effectively strengthen the stable competition advantages of the Liaocheng Network Communication Co. by using the AHP method. By working out the evaluation of three strategies, we choose the focus on broadband-informatization as main strategy, and with providing different products as an assisted strategy.At the end of the thesis, some plans and implementation measures are put forward to the focus strategy for improving the stable competition superiority of the corporation based on the regional economy development planning and the strategic deployment of the Group Corporation.
