Network organization is a kind of intermediate organization between market and enterprises. Its purpose is to seek interests sharing, ability complementary, transaction cost reduced and economy of scope. Most important, enterprises unite themselves in order to improve the their efficiency and even the entire network operation efficiency.Domestic and overseas scholars expounds the connotation of network organization efficiency and its influencing factors from different angles, including contractual factors and non-contractual factors. There are more research achievement about contractual factors than non-contractual factors. However, contracts are always incomplete. Because of the limitation and maturity of contract mechanism, it is necessary to research in non-contractual factors. As a non contractual mechanism, satisfaction of communication is proved having a positive effect to the efficiency of organization in enterprises. If satisfaction of communication between members of network organization is positive to the efficiency of network organization is still worth to discuss. This study is to explore the relationship between member's satisfaction of communication in H architecture design network organization with the efficiency of network organization. It also can make theory of non-contract more abundant.Based on organization theory and organizational behavior theory, we use empirical research methods such as "theoretical analysis-proposed hypothesis-inspection hypothesis-result discuss" to research. We use structure equation model and data analysis method for empirical research process. Use sampling questionnaire to obtain research data. Software SPSS13.0 and AMOS7.0 will be used in this paper. With empirical research,we get following conclusions:(1) Satisfaction of communication in H architecture design network organization is positive to members'organizational commitment.(2) Satisfaction of communication in H architecture design network organization is positive to cooperation reliability. (3) Cooperation reliability in H architecture design network organization is positive to efficiency of network organization. (4) With cooperation stability for intermediary variable, satisfaction of communication in H architecture design network organization is positive to efficiency of network organization. Finally, based on the thesis summed up, we point out our research innovations and what further works need to do. This study has the following innovations:Firstly,The study expand the network organization theory perspective. It leads into new non-contractual mechanisms-communication mechanism in the network organizations; Secondly, The study is innovative on organizational communication theory.It points out the concept and measurement of satisfaction of communication among network members; Thirdly, The study use a innovative method-empirical research method and case study method. It use structural equation modeling to analyze the potential relationship between variables; Finally, The conclusions of this study is innovative. The conclusions have been point out the path and degree between satisfaction of communication among network members and efficiency of network organization.The result can be used to guide in practice.
