As national power system reform is gone deep into continuously. HumanResource Management of power supply company of ZhuMaDian can not already meetthe needs of modern enterprise especially. How to arouse dynamic role and theenthusiasm of employee, develop everybody fully initiative, give them the best workand surroundings, fair their just appraisement work, give the treatment and pay thatwill get with them. This is become the main problem that we need to solve urgently.This paper investigate and discuss the performance evaluation of power supplycompany of ZhuMaDian. First, the paper analyze performance evaluation and theexist cent deficiencies, put envisage of reformation. Second combined the modernHRM theory with quantity analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis respectively,the paper design performance evaluation,index system. Third, the paper set standardand method of performance evaluation by the basis of position description. Finally,the paper are study and analysis of compensation management which is take asperformance evaluation.
