At present,the electric power industry is facing with serious and unrest environment.Externally,reform of electric power system is deepened,market competition is rising,and profit growth for business is severely limited.Internally,human cost becomes high and workers are inefficient,which make the contradiction even more prominent.To sum up,challenges of external situation and persecution of internal problems force the enterprises to face up to the problems and find out solutions.Full performance management is key of deepening reform and innovation and solving complex issues.It is urgent that enterprises actively participate in performance management,focus on effectiveness,obey the essential law and promote the efficiency of the whole company.In the paper,the general situation of Laixi Power Supply Company is grasped,essence and principles of performance management is taken systematic thinking and the comparative study is carried out.The existing problems are diagnosed in multiple links of performance management,such as the concept,staff participation and index setting.Then the misunderstandings are summarized and the root causes are digged.In response,the paper makes an in-depth discussion on the system construction of performance management.Then key performance indicator system is set,overall framework of assessment procedure is optimized,and the content and standards of performance appraisal have been standardized.In addition,critical time nodes control and whole-process monitoring are implemented for performance management.Finally,the multi-dimensional rewarding,punishment and restraining mechanism have been adopted.Simultaneously,the performance results application are firmed up in various directions.These measures are to strengthen performance management achievements.Based on studying performance management,the paper carries on analysis of performance mismanagement and makes omni-directional study of improving strategies for Laixi Power Supply Company.Due to the above work,the performance management work makes solid progress and obtains a series of achievements.
