Steel-Iron enterprise is dense capital industry, The input and output is big. And theequipment is more than 50% percent of the total capital assets. In order to ensure theequipment in gear, buy and store a number of spare part is necessary. It is a commonsubject how to ensure the reasonable storage of the spare part. This thesis discussed themanagement and optimization of the spare part in Tian Jin Pipe Corporation, and in orderto find a road to united-spare part-storage in some firms. In the first chapter of this thesis –Introduction, it introduced the TPCO in a few word,stated the background of study, the status quo and improvement of the spare partmanagement of the Steel-Iron company in our Country and Oversea, and analysed someproblem of the spare part management in TPCO. In the second chapter it sorted the sparepart on the base of essentiality, analysed the spare part trouble. On the one handconfirmed the trouble model, the mechanism and the trouble cycle, introduced the troubleinspection technology briefly, moreover analysed the forecast method of the spare partdemand, and introduced the season index forecast model & the gray forecast model, inthe end compared the forecast result with each other, on the other hand defined differentstock-cycle model, and also did some optimization upon the forecast, according the sortof the spare part and the trouble cycle In the end analysed the disaccord and zoomphenomenon between the buying plan and demand. The third chapter, brought forwardthe concept of Dummy-Enterprise, according to the characteristic of spare partcrossing-cover in the same type Steel-Iron enterprise, and expounded the difference , themode and the organization between the material-company and dummy company.Otherwise being based upon the clear supply and demand chain, brought forward the ideaof united-storage, founding the spare part united-storage system and the running mode byoneself. Consequently, combining the advantage in area and spare part complementarityone another, discussed the idea of united-storage in the two firms---Tian Jin Pipecorporation and Tian Jin Steel-Iron corporation. In the fourth chapter founded theevaluation system and the statistic system of the spare part management, otherwise scorethe model of the cycle, the using, the source and the economy. In the end founding theanalysis system of the storage, make statistic about buying plan and storage.
