Research On The Strategic Adjustment Of State-Owned Economic Assets Of Hebei Province

The strategic adjustment of state-owned economic assets is a hot issue in of ourcountry's economic system reform, it is also a difficult issue in Hebei provincialeconomic work. Finally, the thesisbrings the practice characteristics of state-owned economic assets company'sshareholding system reform, annex and recombination to light by analyzing HebeiEconomical Association Group's shareholding system reform and Handan MineralGroup's annex and recombination.
