Research On Property Diversification Management Model Of State-owned Enterprises In China

The paper investigates the construction of property diversification of state-ownedenterprises and gives detailed analysis of the connotation and form of state-ownedenterprises governance in china in two aspects— the internal and externalmanagement. By referring to three typical models applied in the enterprisesgovernance nowadays, the paper analyses the structure governance of state-ownedenterprises with examples and thus proposes some measures to improve the structuregovernance diversification. The measures are as follows: improve the propertydiversification and enhance the effectiveness of structure governance;improve theincentive mechanism among enterprisers and cultivate a group of professionalenterprisers;build up and improve all sorts of external market mechanism;strengthenthe function of the board in an enterprise;reinforce the authority of the supervisioncouncil;strengthen the administrative supervision;improve the system to bettersupervise the managers of listed companies;set up the system of shareholderrepresentatives procedures;establish culture of the enterprise governance.
