The Construction Research In Terms Of Suzhou Industrial Park Logistics Park

Logistics Park, as a key knot of logistics network, has been one of the key factors to pull and improve logistics industry and region economy. In the circumstance of economic globalization, the construction and development of Logistics Park has been our country's strategic problem to promote logistics comprehensive efficiency and accelerates the economy. The thesis attempts to find out the possible ways to promote the development of Logistics Park and economy through the analysis of Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP) Logistics Park. Meanwhile, all of these actions will give significant indications to the establishment & development of the country's Logistics Parks.The thesis includes seven chapters. The first chapter introduces the development of logistics industry and the role of Logistics Park in logistics industry. The second chapter introduces the details of Logistics Park and module of Logistics Park aboard. The third chapter includes all the theories used in this thesis such as New Public Management, Organizational Behavior as well as Public Economics.The thesis continued the method of probing questions, analyzing them and solving them. The fifth chapter gives out the problem and reason of SIP Logistics Park from three aspects: Government participate, Organization structure and Human resource management. Based on the analyses of the problem with the theories, in chapter six, a series of proposals has been discussed and raised to solve the construction issue and problem of SIP Logistics Park: To enhance the support of government during the infrastructure establishment of Logistics Park;To encourage the participation the logistics company to the construction and processing of Logistics Park;To use virtual structure in the organizational transform of Logistics Park;To improve human resource management. The seventh chapter is the concluding remarks.
