At last, this thesis declares that the BOT's purpose is to use the market to share the resources reasonably. The most main function is competition. The success standard of BOT is the project is a effective competition or not.This thesis analyses four BOT cases which are famous and successful in our country, including Beijing No. 10 water factory. At last, the thesis draw the conclusion how to get success in the BOT project, including improving the investment environment, seek the best sharing in the risk, improving legal system, ameliorating the foreign exchangd control and etc..
