Study On Implementation Of Reverse Logistics Of The Manufacture Enterprises

In recent years, the research and attention on logistics present superheating degree in the field of the theory and enterprise, but reverse logistics which is corresponding with it is still a brand-new domain. However, the phenomenon which products flow reversely to enterprises has existed since before times, and it won't vanish in the future. Since western countries such as Europe and America begin to study reverse logistics from 90's of last century, only then this question was introduced to logistics management systemically and scientifically, and has yielded certain theory results and actual benefits. With perfect of the environment laws and regulations and enlargement of the international competition pressure, the production enterprise faces the challenge of development of the production and the environment coordinately: the enterprise not only must carry on green management, manufacture green products, but also processes and recycles its castoff, reduces waste polluting the environment as much as possible, enhances the use of resource. However in the practice, the enterprise often removes the reverse logistics out of the management strategy, only stresses the management and development of logistics, and neglects the implementation and management of reverse logistics, then causes the waste of massive resources and the destruction of the ecological environment, also brings itself economical loss.Under the premise that many industries enter meager profit time, for seeking new profit point of growth, as well as processing the reject which produced by enterprises themselves suitably to realize the social responsibility, reverse logistics has been promoted to a strategic altitude by many enterprises. More and more enterprises hope to protect environment, control production cost, increase profit, promote the quality of customer service, and then enhance competitive ability of enterprises, through implementing reverse logistics effectively. So, this article attempts to research on the implementation of reverse logistics of the enterprise, in order to provide the effective method and mentality for the enterprise in our countrywhen implementing reverse logistics. Under the introduction of the background which reverse logistics comes into being and the present situation that the domestic and foreign research, this article introduces the related theory about reverse logistics detailedly to make the enterprise to understand it strengthenly;then analyzes thoroughly the present situation and the actuation factors that enterprise implements reverse logistics, further emphasized its necessity;then compare the four implementation ways and analyzes the main influence factors when the enterprise chooses its way. With these factors, different enterprises can choose the implementation way suits itself. This article also unifies a case to discuss its basis of choice. Finally, the article suggests correlated suggestion against the barrier which the enterprise meets when it implements reverse logistics.
