Study On The Implementations And Application Of Logistics Management ERP In Export Oriented Manufacture Enterprises

In the twenty-first century, logistics is the third profit source of enterprise. The logistics management is paid more attention to today. As the complexity of logistics action is leading to the phenomenon of management broken off, it is necessary to carry out the modern measure-logistics MIS to assist logistics management. And logistics MIS is also one of the basic ways that can advance core competence. Logistics system and ERP system used currently have some sorts of scarcity deficiency. The former's modules are too simple that it can't assort with finance, human resource, manufacture and marketing modules. Although the latter has lots of modules, and it can assort with the company's management in some extent, the logistics modules of ERP themselves are weak, lack of information exchanging.With special characters, the Chinese export oriented manufacture enterprises have their own running ways and logistical forms. Since last century, the development from made in China to China creation makes the country meet the great challenge, so logistical research and creation have become Chinese developing format.In this paper, logistics management system is constructed for the export-oriented manufacture enterprises. This paper can be divided into six parts; the first part introduces the settings ,significance and research content; the second part introduces the definition, content, features, functions, developing process and tendency of ERP; the third part compares the logistics system applications abroad with domestic applications, points out the issues and proposes the necessity of constructing logistics system according to the special features of the export oriented manufacture enterprises; the fourth part analyzes the requirement of enterprises logistics system, constructs the ERP logistics management system for the export oriented manufacture enterprises; the fifth part is the application of the logistics system which is constructed above for the fushikang company; the last part is the conclusion and prospect.
