Research On The Logistics Alliance Mode Of The Manufacture Enterprise

With the rapid development of the world economy and the great progress of modern science and technology, the logistics industry is playing an increasingly important role in a national economy. For an enterprise, the logistics has become " the third profits source", and the logistics strategy has become the one of the most important enterprise strategies. In various logistics modes of the enterprise, the logistics alliance is the logistics organizational mode that rises gradually in the last few years.This dissertation defines the term of "the logistics alliance" firstly, and then puts forward the narrow concept and the broad concept of the logistics alliance. The latter is the emphasis of this dissertation to study. Based on the theory of the logistics alliance, the paper deeply analyzes the economic foundation of it and the pivotalproblem——how to found and manage the trust mechanism. The logistics alliancewill have different forms in different types of enterprises. The dissertation canters on the logistics alliance of manufacture enterprises. The dissertation takes the manufacture enterprises as the center. From the view of manufacture enterprises, the author compares the logistics alliance mode with the original logistics mode (the self-run logistics mode, the traditional outsourcing logistics mode) under the background of the development of global manufacture industry. It can be proved that the logistics alliance is necessary for most manufacture enterprises.The dissertation uses induction method to set up three kinds of logistics alliancemode——the supply chain logistics alliance mode, the industrial logistics alliancemode and the regional logistics alliance mode. Though the three modes have different characteristics, there are not strict demarcates between them. The alliance is a kind of lax organizational mode, but the successful logistics alliance needs close cooperation between the enterprises to have a collaboration effect. Under the trend, two directions of the development can be predicted, which are the virtual enterprise mode and the joint-stock company mode.Nowadays, China is called " the world manufacturing factory", so Chinese manufacture enterprises need the logistics alliance. Finally, the dissertation aims at the obstacles of establishment of the logistics alliance in China, including the logistics standardization, the logistics information and the development of Third-party logistics, to put forward the improving suggestions.
