Innovation Research Of Chinese Human Resources Model In Knowledge Economy Era

The knowledge economy is based upon processing, distributing and executing knowledge and information. It is a new and dynamic economy driven by the knowledge related Industries and is different from the agricultural and Industrial economies. At the age of the knowledge economy, the science and technology progress plays a critical role in the development of the national economy. To advance technology needs to develop human resource which, being a special kind of economical resources of our nation, has its properties of not only quality, quantity, time and space but also physical nature. This age of knowledge economy calls for the special quality, structure and training of human resource. For nearly 50 years since the start of People's Republic of China, progress has been made in human resource development, but there are still a lot of problems, which might cause a series of crises that could seriously trouble or even jeopardize our social and economical development.
