The knowledge economy is based upon processing, distributing and executing knowledge and information. It is a new and dynamic economy driven by the knowledge related Industries and is different from the agricultural and Industrial economies. At the age of the knowledge economy, the science and technology progress plays a critical role in the development of the national economy. To advance technology needs to develop human resource which, being a special kind of economical resources of our nation, has its properties of not only quality, quantity, time and space but also physical nature. This age of knowledge economy calls for the special quality, structure and training of human resource. For nearly 50 years since the start of People's Republic of China, progress has been made in human resource development, but there are still a lot of problems, which might cause a series of crises that could seriously trouble or even jeopardize our social and economical development. In this passage, I, analyzing the basic elements of the demand for human resource, which is legged behind the requirement of the economical development and the difference in between, and make some suggestions as how to improve our human resource development at the background of the other countries' and region's experiences in human resource development.First part this paper is part exordium. The selection of subjects introduces the background and significance of human resource development and related research and analysis conducted on, and we demonstrate this basic idea and framework.The second part is related to the development of human resources in basic theoretical research. Introducing to the meaning of human resources development, features and content, and human resources development in order to achieve the theoretical basis to conduct a careful analysis.The third part is about the analysis of the status of Chinese human resources development. Discussed at this stage of our human resources development are some of the major problems and difficulties.Part fourth of the era of knowledge economy built our innovative human resources development model. Drawing on foreign success in human resources development models premise of a human resource development suited to Chinese national conditions model innovation.The last part is about the advice of Chinese human resources development in macro-environment and micro-environment.The innovation of this paper is on the development of human resources model developed successful experience suited to Chinese national conditions of a new human resource development model innovation.
