Research On Some Of The Scheduling Techniques In The Workshops Of The Vestee Enterprises

With our country joining WTO and the competition of the market, the traditional advantages of the spinning have lost. These force the vestee enterprises to apply the Information System and the advanced management methods to face the complex markets. During the process of the enterprise Information System and the modern managements, there are some problems that are imcompatible of the information and the disagreement of the industry. This dissertation researches on the scheduling of the vestee enterprise's work-shops, which is based on the international Enterprise-Control System Integration standard S95 and the advanced JIT mode, and gains the following researchful results and innovations:(1) The dissertation describes the attributes, characteristics and production capabilities of the equipments in the vestee enterprise's workshops which are based on S95 standard. According to the results, the thesis optimizes the organizational patterns of the equipments in the workshops.(2) This dissertation builds the model of the planning and the scheduling according to the characteristics of the JIT mode. The thesis formulates the production planning which is based on the quantity of the order forms and the time of the delivery, and also uses the shapley value to build the model, the results make the planning particular through analyzing the capabilities of the equipments.(3) With integrating JIT and TOC (Theory of Constrains), this dissertation finds the bottle-neck equipments, and brings forward the improved JIT mode (the "push-draw"integrating mode) which is based on the results of the optimization and combines the characteristics of the vestee enterprises. The results actualize the balance of logistics, the equilibrium of production and all of the equipments are working on the stable states through the use of Kan-ban technology in workshops.Through the research, the dissertation actualizes the united description, which is benefit for the gaining of the equipment's information, and actualizes the balance of the equipment's abilities and makes the planning and the scheduling particular,and actualizes the use of JIT mode in the vestee enterprises.
