Research On Dispatch Of MES For Vestee Enterprise Based On S95

After China's entry into WTO, our enterprises should not only increase their productivity, but also enhance the competitive power, the enterprise informatization has become the popular demand by diverse enterprises. Each enterprise is searching for a good management system for production and operation to improve efficiency in production, operation and management as well, thereby enhance its own core competitive advantage. While the key is whether the production and scheduling process could achieve the optimal solution, the research on the production planning and scheduling is of great value both in theory and in practice. Production scheduling system is a comprehensive functional department and it's also the production command center of the enterprise because it controls and coordinates each process and tache of the production activities.In the production scheduling system of traditional manufacturing enterprise, it brings out many problems such as the plan layer is lack of the necessary current information during the process of scheduling and controlling layer can not send the out-plan or windage information that may will take place or have taken place during production to the plan layer timely.MES can be defined as a management information system lie between the layer of plan management system and the bottom layer of production controlling which set toward to the workshop. MES built the computer aiding workshop management information system aimed to manage the production task which can deal with problems mentioned above. This MES on the one hand converts the plan information come from plan management system of the enterprise into the instruction and then send it to the production process controlling system, on the other hand it can acquire the current information from the spot production process controlling system and then send this to plan management system.Based on the thought and method of Enterprise/Control System Integration(S95), the thesis introduces the theory of MES and S95, then it analysethe activity;of scheduling and dispatching in MES. A scheduling method is put forward* On the basis of analysis of workshop p-fe^mrag and scheduling, the two layers of scheduling;mode with;the scheduling of working procedure and scheduling in working procectosas put forward and this method of scheduling is described.
