With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, it is required that enterprises must have a high degree of adaptability and innovation to survive in the changing economic environment. With the impact economic globalization, the operating environment of high-tech enterprises has become more complex and serious. For surviving and developing in the 21st century, enterprises must review and modify their strategy, and adopt advanced management methods. As economic development has entered a new phase, talent competition and human resources management reach a very high level. Among those factors of human resources management, establishing a strong prompting method and a rational pay management system determine whether the companies can stay on the inside track in the competition. Also, it ensures enterprises to attract talents;promote and keep them. Therefore, establishing a complete, competitive, and incentive pay system has become an emphasis which the strategic management of high-tech enterprise focuses.Today high-tech enterprises are playing a more and more important role in the development of China's economy. Now talent resource is No.l asset of a high tech enterprise. But many current domestic high-tech enterprises' pay management is out of time. Most of them are still using a traditional pay management concept. This leads to the pay management is lack of internal equity and external competition. For keeping an advantage in the future competition, high-tech enterprise must take a strategic perspective;re-design new strategies to adapt to features of talent competition in new era.This paper is based on the principle of combining theory and practice, and survey from many high-tech enterprises. Combined with theory and the application of advanced scientific methods we got the analyzed data and conclusions above. From the macro perspective on high-tech enterprise talent management, through analysis of the status of high-tech enterprises pay management, we get the future strategic direction and design for high-tech enterprise. In the course of study, it is helpful to study the successful experiences of other advanced high-tech enterprise talent management and strategic pay management at home and abroad. In order to ultimately achieve promotion purposes, put the new method in practice after scientific argumentation, changes andadjusts when people find weakness.This research is based on the cooperation with the instructor research on high tech enterprise pay management during the postgraduate period. It has a certain value to the Chinese high-tech enterprises pay management. The research paper discusses a comprehensive exposition the status quo of relevant area local and abroad. It outlined the theoretical basis of pay management, explored the characteristics of strategic remuneration and strategy models which are established on it. It also detailed analyzes the status and forecasts future trends of cunent development of Chinese high tech enterprises pay management. It built the framework of the remuneration, and designed strategies for high tech enterprises pay management which based on the framework.
