As knowledge economy comes, the knowledge workers have been making a lot of value and the core competence of the high-tech corporations. However, the ADD high-tech corporation, in which most of employees are knowledge workers, has a high fluidity of its key workers. And it has made a lot of loss for the corporation. The main reason is that the current compensation system of ADD can not effectively stimulate staffs. The improvement of compensation system should be made and it needs to have more effective of incentives. Through inquiry and analysis of compensation management in ADD, the thesis looks for the main problem of the corporation and tries to gives some advice based on total-compensation to satisfy the needs of knowledge workers of ADD corporation.This thesis consists of six chapters. The first chapter introduces the issue of the thesis. The second chapter reviews the theory of compensation and incentive. The third chapter generally introduces the situation of ADD corporation and it's compensation management. The forth chapter analyzes the problem of compensation system of ADD corporation. The fifth chapter tries to design the compensation system based on total-compensation to improve the current situation of ADD corporation. The last chapter gives the conclusion.
