Compensation is the core part of organization behavior. Either scholars engaged researching compensation of leaders managing enterprise focus on compensation. There are lots of theories about compensation, but leaders of enterprise ought to combine actual situation with correlative compensation theory to build up the compensation model. Especially, now we are under knowledge economy age, the compensation designing of employees who engage technology innovation should dominate the future development of corporation. High-tech enterprise as important carrier of economy in knowledge economy age is becoming a chief growth point of the economy development. Toward High-tech enterprise, the reason of high developing is technology innovation, but the main innovation source is employee who holding the technology innovation knowledge.Currently, the compensation of most domestic high-tech enterprise can't adapt the variety of the current environment and the overwhelming majority enterprises still adopt the compensation model of traditional enterprises. This results in the compensation model of high-tech enterprise lacking equity and motivation. In order to strengthen a core competency, the high-tech enterprise has to build up a scientific compensation model according to the industry characteristics and technology innovation employee's characteristics of itself to attract, motivate and retain the talented person. Due to the development time of high-tech enterprise in our country is shorter and its industry characteristics and technology innovation employee's characteristics is different from that in the traditional enterprise and other employee, this paper apply the present compensation theory to try hard to build up the compensation model for technology innovation employee of high-tech enterprise basis on analyzing its needs and behavior feature. It has the certain theories meaning and realistic meaning.The paper is made of five chapters.
