Research On Interaction Between Technological Innovation And Independent Intellectual Property Of Non-state Science & Technology Enterprises

During the past more than ten years, the knowledge has been becoming more and more important with the development of the industry in computer, micro-electronics, bioengineering, new energy sources and new material. The human beings enter into a brand-new epoch, which the knowledge become the most important productive resource, the development of economy mostly relies on the knowledge, not on the capital, equipment and raw and processed materials any more. On one hand, the existing resource can be used effectively by the knowledge;on the other hand, the new resource can be explored perpetually. Wade Rucker, the authority of U.S. management association, believes that the knowledge has become the unadulterated capital and the all-important treasure. The Chinese non-state scientific and technological enterprises is just carrying through the technological innovation ceaselessly, acquiring the more and more intellectual property and the endless power for the development of the enterprises under this background.In this thesis, the pattern of technological innovation and the protective approach of intellectual property of Chinese non-state scientific and technological enterprises are be discussed according to the technological innovation and protection of the intellectual property, which bases on the phylogeny, characteristic, status in quo of non-state scientific and technological enterprises, which to upgrade the whole competitive ability and the acquire the creaseless impetus of the enterprises by the theory of the interaction between the technological innovation and protection of the intellectual property.In the first place, the characteristic of non-state scientific is summed up based on the analysis of situation, characteristic and actuality of the enterprises, then, pointing out the bright foreground by the expectation of the non-state scientific and technological enterprises.In the next place, the pattern of technological innovation are summed up by the analysis on the technological innovation, then, putting forward the approach of protection of the intellectual property by the analysis in status in quo of independent intellectual property.Again, the connotation, extension of the theory on the interaction between thetechnological innovation and protection of the intellectual property are summed up, at the same time, the importance and adaptability of this theory are pointed out in this chapter, which based on the analysis of the status in quo of technological innovation ancj protection of the intellectual property.Finally, the application of the theory is analyzed under the background of the interaction theory, where takes the Shenzhen non-state scientific and technological enterprises as an example, mean while, bringing forward some factual question in application of the theory, which acquiring the inspiration from the settle of the questions for tjie other Chinese non-state scientific and technological enterprises.
