International Stratagem Alliance In Knowledge And Chinese Large Corporation's Multinational Business

Multinational corporation, existing for more than one hundred years, enjoyed an unprecedented development all over the world after World War Ⅱ. It plays an important role in economy and pushes the incorporation and globalization of the world economy forward. China, as a developing and responsible country, needs its own multinational corporations to chase the economic globalization which is the necessity of economy development. This dissertation is composed by reason of not only the practical signification of Chinese corporation's " Going out" strategy, but also the blank space in academy needing supplement and consummation. The writer analyses the actualities and problems existing in the multinational business of the Chinese large corporation atfirst;and then puts countermeasures forward——joining the international stratagem alliance,especially the alliance in knowledge. Hopefully it can be some references for Chinese large corporations in their multinational business.
