Global competition, technological change, and economies of scale are several of the forces that have caused many companies to go into every corner. Facing strange social environment, complicated and changeable market competing environment, the subsidiary company of multinational enterprise how to acquire better performance which is a important problem. This thesis researches the problem above from the human resource management view.The thesis based on the relevant literatures produces theory hypothesis, and demonstrates these hypothesis. Then construct the selection model of human resource management stratagem of the subsidiary company. The model discusses how to select human resource stratagem when faced strange social environment and complicated changeable market competing environment, and how to gain more performance. The findings of research are as following: (1) the higher degree of environment uncertainty and cultural diversity is, the more subsidiary company trend to adopt the international human resource strategy of "Local Reaction" to achieve business performance. (2) The higher degree of local resource and market importance, the more subsidiary company trend to adopt the international human resource strategy of "Following Home Company to achieve business performance. (3) Along with the length of setup period, the number of expatriates appears the reducing tendency slowly. (4) In the cluster analysis to international human resource management stratagem, the research follows two dimensionalities of "Consistency" and "Local Reaction" to divide international human resource management stratagem into four clusters: laissez-aller style, regional autonomy style, autarchy style, democracy centralizer style.At last, the research suggests Chinese enterprise could take the international experience of foreign-funded enterprises for reference.
