With the development of China economy, the competition of China automobilemarket will be more complicated and competitive. As for the domestic auto part industry,there are plenty of manufacturers, the overall strength is not strong, and the marketcompetition is severe, so the general viability of the enterprises is weak. Therefore, aclear and practical strategy is crucial to an auto parts manufacture enterprise. This thesisstudies the auto part market quantitatively and qualitatively, propose the solution to theproblems which Fangyuan company ever meet, and also will be a significant guide tothose domestic and foreign suppliers.
