Integration management of construction project is a progress and anadventurous try of study of project management.In the past, the study of construction project management only focuses onconstruction process of project itself. It was defined at some phase (such asprophase, metaphase and anaphase) or some function of management (such asquality, cost and schedule). Such pattern of management has brought us manyproblems of theory and practice.This paper focuses on client's management and the whole process inconstruction project, integrates the seven functions of project management, quality,cost, schedule, contract , environment, safety, information, and makes theminterrelated. Makes use of the advantages of integration and optimizes the wholeprocess of project management.
