Attentions to environment run up day by day, and human wake up to giveattention to two or more things of economic increasing and environmentprotection. However counting system of existent GDP does not deal with manyof environment elements. It is necessary for us to build a new counting systemwhich includs environment elements. The masterstroke of this paper is buildinga new counting system including these contents.Firstly, based on several concepts, we define the concept of green GDP,poiting out green GDP is deducting reducing, degrading and compensating ofenvironment resource from GDP. In order to understand the concept easily, weintrduce principle and theory foundation of calculating system and method.Secondly, based on the SEEA system we analyse the characters ofenvironment asset and get the real meanings of three change form of it. Webuild a new calculating system, using opposite adjust method. For that thecount work accomplish successfully, we sum up eight environment elements.Thirdly, based on the environment element in new calculating system andthe character of elements, we pose some counting methods. Aiming at reducingof environment resource, we use mistiness estimating method, revivificationincome method and colligation analyzing method. Aiming at degrading ofenvironment resource, we use mistiness identifing method. Aiming atcompensating of environment resource, we use analyzing data method.Fourthly, using Beijing GDP of 2003 we adjust and analyze the data and getthe green GDP.
