Recycling and remanufacturing o f end-o f-life vehicle(ELV) has a significant impact on resources and environment, but research on the structural relat ionship and the numerical evo lut ion of green elements in the who le processes of remanufacturing and recycling has not been reported. Therefore, fro m the point of view o f system engineering, this paper established an evolut ion model o f the recycling and remanufacturing, studies the green influence of recycling and remanufacturing.First o f all, this paper analyzed the green factors o f system fro m the perspect ive of systems engineering, then they were divided into one sets of co ntro l factors in view of techno logy and process and put into the other sets of green performance in light o f econo my, resources, environment, human factors. An associated simulat ion model was also proposed via establishing the associat ion rules, and the ou tput sets o f green performance was studied by using clustering analysis based on the simulat ion results, thus obtaining 50 system factors. Then the system architecture was established on the basis of ISM, after proposing a directed graph o f the system stru cture. Finally, this structure was ut ilized to analyze hierarchical relat ionships between the factors.Secondly, this paper summarized the factors that affect recycling behavior o f end-of-life vehicle, analyzed the logical relationship between factors which can be classified as behavioral att itude, subject ive norm, behavior contro l, recover y mot ivat ion, situat ional factors and residual effect, and then established a reasoning and evolving system under uncertainties in recycling behavior o f end-o f-life vehicle. Through the quest ionnaire survey on various factors in the system, the numerical characterist ics and init ial value s o f the cloud model and the qualitat ive rules were obtained, and then a simulation test was conducted to check the validit y o f the new approach. In addit ion, the result was analyzed and the effects of residual effect, situat ional factors and demographic variables on the recycle behavior were discussed.Finally, this paper established a dynamic model on recycling and remanufacturing of end-o f-life vehicle based on the structural and cloud model o f recycling behavior, studied the effects of recycling and remanufacturing on the resources, environment and human resources.
