Using the university scientific contract data, theresearcher studies the technology transfer effect of contracting and spin-off inTsinghua.In the research of contract pattern, at first, the paper discusses the wholecontract character, which includes important contracts distributing and thecontract region distributing. Secondly, the paper studies the comparison of thefour kind's contract and the state of paten license. The paper then concludesthe character of Tsinghua scientific contract is depending on large sizescientific exploitation, has the centralizing in region and a more centralizingin discipline. The comparison of proportion in license contact betweenTsinghua and the whole country average level reveal that Tsinghua is muchless. The researcher explains such phenomenon;indicates the contract patternimplement needs other patterns cooperating. In the study of spin-off pattern, the paper discusses the reason ofspin-off organization emerging at first. Then, the researcher compares theforeign spin-off theory and Tsinghua spin-off enterprise.
