The morality of scientists and technologists has a long history, from "Hippocratic Oath" which prescribes some ethics when they treat patients to "Scientist Charter" which published by "World Federation of Scientific Workers" in 1949 which prescribes obligation of scientists. Every period's ethics have different characteristics. It has formed universal morality which all scientists and technologists should comply, such as loving mother country, self-devotion to truth, respect for people of talent, planting young man, and cherishing resource. But, faced with development in medicine, maturity in network and crisis of environments, those ethics formed during several thousand years has began to lost their functions. It is important about the research on morality of scientist and technologist.This article introduces the process of morality of scientists and technologists in a historical clue. Then it analyses the responsibility and morality of scientists and technologists, which they should be complied when they are engaged in science and technology activity. Aiming at the present science, technology and environment condition. We should choose our scientific research subject and extend and apply scientific research results cautiously from a global view and with the "Sustainable Development" and "People First". We also should study carefully and generalize productions. And we should demonstrate across-the-board whether it benefit people, economizes resource and improves environment far more than threatens human's health and dignity. Furthermore, scientist and technologist should shoulder the responsibility when the politic make the discussion and gain round science.Science and technology is cosmopolitan, so morality of scientists and technologists also should break boundary between countries and nations. We should lay the global and human's benefit in the sovereign station, and make science and technology in the way of benefiting human being.
