The social responsibility and ethic notion have become the new philosophy of enterprises since 1960 s. The western scholars explored the moral problems of marketing and advanced the moral standards during the marketing process and social responsibility and moral criterion that the marketers should obey. They appealed that the managers show their attention to marketing morality.During the research of marketing problems, the western scholars have analyzed the total effects of marketing strategies since 1970s. If the enterprises obey the moral standards, the marketing activities will be benefit to the society and the consumers. Otherwise will do harm to them.The Socialism Market Economic System was pushed in China since the Reformation and Development. The enterprises make great contributions to the society and consumers, but bring many problems at the same time. We must play importance to the study of marketing morality. The study of marketing morality is at the beginning and has not been made much so far in China. In order to accelerate the process of sales activity and insure the benefit of society and consumers, the research of marketing morality has to be done as soon as possible.First, the article describes the development of marketing morality and the research situation in and out of China and research methods and meanings. Second, the article analyzes the theories and reasons of morality anomie on market field. Finally, the article analyzes the actors that influence the marketing decisions and advances some methods that can intensify the establishment of marketing morality.
