The Research On Management Morality Of China Contemporary Enterprises

Along with the development of China's open and reform and fast development of market economy, and in order to pursue substantial profit, many enterprises take some immoral ways during production and operation, thus some immoral phenomenon would appear. By doing so, it is not only to limit the long term growth of the enterprise, but also to cause various harm and unfavorable influence on our society. For example, fake and shoddy products, violations of consumer rights and interests, fraudulent, breach of contract, environmental pollution, etc. The nature of being profit has driven enterprises to an extreme profit, and they just pay attention to their rights but ignore their social obligations. Enterprises have both ability to strengthen business morality, and should take responsibility to social duty. Thus it is extremely necessary to study enterprises'morality.This article is based on the understanding of business morality and covers the content of enterprises' morality. To discuss the business based on Management Morality, and based on practical problems. There are four parts in this thesis.The first chapter is the introduction to explain the reasons, purpose, meanings and basis thought in the Enterprises Management.The second chapter is to expound the theory totally about management morality of enterprises. First of all, I will make out the basic meaning of morality and its function to the economic society. Further more, I will summarize relevant concept and relation between the enterprise's management and enterprise's morality. And then Give the basic content of business morality and analyze systematically the necessity of the management morality of enterprises.The third chapter is a comprehensive summary for the status of Contemporary enterprise business morality from the two aspects of the pros and cons. Analyzed further the causes of the lack of morality on management of enterprises. It is because of the factors from the enterprise itself. In the meanwhile, it is relevant to that the systems of our market economy are not perfect and the bad impact of social morality closely. The fourth chapter is at the basis of discussing how difficult to establish enterprises' morality, and the essay begins to discuss and put forward to effective ways which establish the management morality of enterprises from three aspects which express the enterprises' inner structure, its external form of expression and its sociality. The article will provide healthy direction for development of China's enterprises from theory to practical research.The last section is the conclusion part. The moral development level of enterprise's morality represents the level of a country's overall development and social civilization. Thus, the build of enterprises' business moral development and the hard work form government and society are necessary, which improves Chinese enterprises' international competition and then shapes a good business environment.
