The Research Of Unemployment Problem Of Disabled People

In the recent years, with the improvement of the socialism system and the adjustment of the economical structure, the social security is becoming one of the most important problems which are always mentioned by the people. It has been further developed with the practice of innovation in past 20 years. The structure of the system has been basically founded and 5 different types of social insurance have been started up and are being forced. Idleness insurance is one of the most important parts among these so that it should be taken into account seriously. As the puny group in the society, the problems of disabled people could never be ignored. How to improve their living condition and enhance their social class is one of the key steps to solve the problems of them. To make each disabled get a job and attend the social activities properly, is not only the fundamentality way to solve the problem, but also the key to make their lives valuable. Therefore, how to make sure the unemployment security for disabled people works well and extend employment of disabled people, is an important task of the social security right now.In this thesis, the unemployment problem of disabled people is deeply discussed from different aspects. Firstly, "opportunity equalization" and "income equalization" of disabled people should be guaranteed. Secondly, unemployment security of disabled people needs to be improved. And then, another important part is the implement of the reemployment project, which is about reducing the amount of unemployed people actively and ensuring the steady amount of employed disabled people. Ultimately, the insurance of disabled people should be taken over in time.In order to make sure these policies effective, for the theoretical problem this is mentioned in this thesis, a research was done around Dalian. More than 300 questionnaires were sent out and 240 of them were gained back so that quite a lot of newest credible data are found. By meticulous analysis, we have found different reasons which cause the unemployment problem of disabled people in Dalian. Further more, the solution has been presented here in order to deal with the unemployment problem of disabled people properly.
