Xi'an City Workers Re-employed Unemployment Insurance Fund To Invest In Research

Recent years, Re-employment problem of unemployment in economics and management presents an important research topic. A large number of unemployed persons has been showing many negative on the social life, even for the economic development. Meanwhile, in the short run, the unemployment problem may delay the deepening of corporate reform within China and the socialist market economic system transformation; in the long run, neither is conducive to China's sustainable development. To promote re-employment, the Party and government continue to increase the issuance amount of the unemployment insurance fund, but the registered urban unemployment rate is still higher than 4 percents'unemployment rate as data from market. Long time, because of the unemployment insurance fund's investment to be too narrow, more importantly, the investment deviates from unemployed needs, which forwards to unemployment insurance and the unemployment rate rising cycle simultaneously. Therefore, I do think that research in the right direction of the unemployment insurance fund, and improve capital utilization rate is the key to solve the problem of urban unemployment. Compared to eastern coastal areas, slightly slow the economic development of Xi'an, it is relatively prominent within the dual-economic structure, which currently faces a severe long period of time during the merger restructuring, so the number of unemployed will continue increase. To this end, strongly urgency for us turns to promote re-employment of unemployment in urban areas of Xi'an as soon as possible, to relieve the pressure. Follow this clue, the main part of this study include the following five areas:First, the background of this study, the significance and to do related concepts described; secondly, by research review from the micro perspective on unemployment insurance fund and abroad to invest, re-employment of factors and correlation of research results; third part of the core, the use of questionnaires, and take preparation of unemployment in urban areas of Xi'an factors re-employment stuff, which combines with closed and open forms, including 21 items. KMO and Bartlett with the adaptability of factors to verify, then the principal component analysis, with the SPSS and LISREL software as main tool, obtained re-employment of unemployment in urban areas of seven major factors. Then, on the sum of the factors affecting the regression analysis, by various factors in the weight of the unemployed re-employment needs, last part is the policy recommendations, it is based on results from the increase of unemployment insurance fund and in the right direction to invest in the perspective of the promotion of urban unemployment population re-employment measures, and developed a number of specific ways to invest the unemployment insurance fund.In this study, right orientation to the unemployment insurance fund achieves the balance between the supply and demand of needs of unemployed persons. Abandoned the previous article, the inherent degree from the unemployed, age, gender, from human capital factors such as the studies undertaken, from the unemployment insurance fund to invest in and supply and demand imbalance of reemployment needs to start this new perspective to explore how to solve the re-employment of the unemployed population. As the scope of specific, this study has high practical significance. In addition to this, this passage analyzes the process of research scholars of unemployment insurance funds, in research to start the preparation of the Xi'an city workers reemployed factors questionnaire collected data on the principal component analysis, citied and towns in the area of the main factors re-employment of the unemployed, followed by regression analysis testing the weight of the main factors. The process verifies and improves the existing research on the urban unemployment problem and the determination to deepen the study of re-employment, but also has an important theoretical significance.
