This is article about the marketing strategy of iron and steel company. This article is based on modern marketing theory and in view with the latest development of global iron and steel trade as well as domestic one. It analyses Chinese iron and steel trade actualities and developing tendency. Considering the product market environment and channel situation such as AGITC example, it tries design a proper way for the company to adept on the future fierce competition.Now a days marketing channel had became an intangible assets in much the same way the brand is. In view of the product quality tend to be same, many company are pursuing a powerful distribution channel as an important development strategy. Firstly taking into account the AGITC products and targeted market, it analyses AGITC present channel and its problems. Secondly it discussed the situation of china iron and steel industry and characteristic of its marketing, meanwhile paid more attention to foreign and domestic company marketing channel and summarize the standard pattern of Chinese company.Thirdly it discusses the affection of six factors that can affect construction of the channel .in view of Chinese company marketing channel and AGITC products mix. It designed a selection matrix for channel. According to resort of matrix, it analyses the advantages and disadvantages then conceived a new marketing channel mix for AGITC and the specific marketing strategy. Last but not least, to make sure the adjusted pattern function well, it gives forth the management regulations for channel member and the local company.It give forth AGITC's zone market company marketing system: provide, project, self made channel, loyal agency's "four leg's quadrangle" marketing net strategy through analyzing AGITC products and selection matrix. On the other hand there are still some problems that needs considered further. Such as how to balance the development of "four leg's quadrangle" marketing net;how to integrate local market with international market under the global economic integration circumstances;how can the area company lead the market development;relationship between culture and local companyMarketing includes in wide and depth contents, it discussed only a small part of marketing net from marketing mixes "4P' Due to author limit energy and at beginning stage of marketing research in Chinese steel industry, Further study and supplement is needed,...
