The Study Of Enterprise Behavior Mode Selection And The Project To Implement Based On Circular Economy

The concept of circular economy has been apprehended by human raceincreasingly as well as they deeply understand the relationship between human andnature, and grows up to be an inevitable tide of history. Enterprise is one of the basicunits in social economy system;it is not only the direct provider of most materialmanufacture, but also the direct producer of most contamination. So it plays animportant part in constructing the circular economy society. While China is in thestage of transit, facing the actuality of gigantic population base, insufficient averageresources, serious environment contamination and etc. Therefore, we shouldaccelerate the instruction and implement of enterprise behavior mode based oncircular economy in order to impel all the society to develop continuously.In this paper, the writer sets the production and management behavior ofmanufacture enterprise as research object and follows the basic theory of circulareconomy. First, analyze the reasons and obstacles of implementing circular economyin enterprise, then summarize and compare several modes of developing circulareconomy in enterprise. Based on this, the writer brings forward two innovations: theselection matrix in choosing proper mode in developing circular economy inenterprise and the three arrangement all-process run mode based on the "3R" principleof circular economy. At last, the writer chooses a big pharmacy enterprise in Tianjinas an example in order to validate the feasibility of this research.Circular economy is a new pattern of economy increase. It will come true as wellas all the enterprises are implementing. And the writer just wants to provide someuseful inspiration and assist for Chinese enterprises in implementing circular economythrough this research.
