On January 1, 2005, the WTO members' textile and the clothing quota were cancelled completely, but this did not mean that from 2005, the members can export and import textile and clothing without limit. The textile trade enters "the quota time". Chinese, India, Pakistan and South Korea are countries in Asia and also are powerful nations of textile exports. These four countries have many similarities in the geographical position, the natural condition and the technical level in production. So these four counties have many similarities in trade structure. That means there are much competition in product export and market especially in textile trade between China and India, Pakistan and South Korea. Therefore before the truly forms of the global textile trade integration, three countries become to be the pressure to China day by day. This article is to study the textile industry of China, India, Pakistan and South Korea, using the comprehensive analysis, to discuss four countries' exportation structures of textile, Through the real diagnosis analysis, writer tries to put forward the constructive proposal to Chinese textile industry development. The conclusion is: firstly, the superiority of Chinese textile mainly concentrates in the price factor, but is not obvious in the non- price factor, even is in the inferiority;secondly, Product Similarity Degree of textile exportation between China, India, and Pakistan is high, the competition is quite obvious, but competition with South Korea is not obvious;finally, the Diversity Degree of Product of South Korea is highest, Indian's is next, and Chinese and Pakistani's is weakest. Considering the tendency of market and the competition situation, this article proposed that in order to hold the competition status, China can not only depend on the low cost. Chinese government, the association and the enterprise must unite as one, and bring its ability into full play to enhance the competitive ability of textile.
