Network planning has been broadly applied to the progress control of project through half century development .But the network planning technique has always been affected by the indetermination factors in actual usage process and the actual plan is always different from the initial plan. All these make the progress control inconvenience. Decision network planning as one of the network planning also meets the problem that the duration can't be confirmed accurately. Moreover, the decision network planning mainly considers the duration and cost, neglects the other sides,such as quantity, technique risk ect.This will cause the error on the decision.This dissertation studied the existent problem of decision network planning based on fuzzy theory. The main research work is as follows.First,it makes use of the method of fuzzy synthetic judgment to the blue print choice of decision node. This method makes up the shortage of traditional decision network planning and makes the blue print choice more reasonable. Because this method comprehensively considers the six aspects of the project. The six aspects are duration ,cost, quantity, technique risk, strategy intention and maintenance. Second, it researched the calculation method of time parameters based on fuzzy triangle number of decision network planning. At last, it studies the fuzzy duration-cost optimization of decision network planning.This dissertation makes use of fuzzy theory to the decision network planning. This method can make up the shortage of decision network planning on blue print choice and duration-cost optimization. It has academic and practical significance to raise decision network planning application and management level.
